Washington-native Adam, the single brain trust behind the Ovoid project, has spent the last fifteen years honing in on his personal aptitude for immersion through sound. With a primary education grounded in songwriting and recording fundamentals, his experience first as a guitarist and later as a producer is rounded off by both an academic understanding of musicianship and a tenacious production style tempered by concentrated effort and experience across the touring circuit. His initial penchant for psybient psychedelia has evolved into a full-spectrum catalog of precision compositions, all displaying the scintillating specificity that marks the Ovoid brand.

The contemporary palette of Ovoid textures has brought him onto the stage with artists such as Tipper, Shpongle, and Machinedrum, helping to bridge the gaps between sheer bass weight and intricate design in the landscape of electronic music. With exploits stretching from his home in the Pacific Northwest, to the Desert Bass festival in Israel, he’s carved out a space for himself amongst the international community, earning him a hard-won spot amongst a friendly cast of left-field producers across the globe.
